PRIUS Adopts the Advance Online Publication Model
PRIUS informs its academic community that, as of this moment, it is adopting the Advance Online publication model.
Under this system, articles that have successfully completed the peer-review process, as well as the editing and proofreading stages, may be published in their final version on the journal’s platform before their definitive inclusion in an issue of the journal. This model enables faster circulation of research results, enhances their early visibility, and guarantees their advance citability. The editorial practice of publishing articles that have already been accepted and prepared before being assigned to a future issue is commonly described as Advance Online, advance online publication, or early online publication.
Articles published under this model will have their corresponding editorial identification and may be consulted online before the complete closure of the relevant issue. Once assigned to the final volume and issue, they will be permanently integrated into the journal’s regular structure, as is the case with other journals that use OJS and make articles available in Advance Online before assigning them to a final issue.
With this decision, PRIUS reinforces its commitment to the swift dissemination, editorial quality, and timely circulation of scientific knowledge.
