The reasoning is transcendent when analyzing how to reach a certain judgment or conclusion, therefore, it is necessary to know how, why and when the legal syllogism is used when issuing a sentence or decision. Ergo, it is of vital importance to know what was its development throughout the historical course, as well as its operation and application in the West.
